What To Expect
Mutual Respect: When you visit Marie’s in Anchorage, you can expect to be greeted when you walk in, treated with respect, and asked how we can help you find just the right product to eliminate your frustration or spark your desires. You are welcome to coffee, tea, or water during your service or as you walk our aisles. Consider joining our FREE loyalty program for brands that entitle you to savings others don’t receive. When you have an appointment in our salon, we appreciate that you respect your service provider’s time and show up at the agreed upon appointment. Our service providers take the next guest at their start times. (See Late Arrival below.)
Parking: Ample parking available in our parking lot within the Metro Mall
Reservations: You may go to our Book Now page and read the service providers’ bio, click on their social links to view their work and book online or with text or phone call. Each service provider runs their own business within Marie’s thereby offering their own days and hours of operation. In order to get your ideal day and time, we recommend that you pre-book your next service prior to leaving the salon.
Late Arrival: We get it. Life happens, and so do unforeseen events. Out of respect, we do not wish to cause a delay in the next guest’s start time. Please give your service provider an update as soon as you can so you know if you should reschedule your service due to the circumstance.
When Covid is Relevant and Precautions Mandated!
Look, we are still all about the pampering as part of your experience. You will get that wonderful scalp massage, the quality workmanship, the one-on-one conversations and laughs with your independent service providers, or the options presented by our beauty advisors in the product isles! But instead of this being JUST about how we made you feel, we want it to also be about the safety and health of our guests as our number one priority. Marie’s Beauty Salon is happy to announce that our doors are open fully for appointments as well as for you to browse the selection of our beauty brands. We are taking the necessary precautions to reduce the spread of COVID-19 even as regulations change. For the safety of our guests, we are following these procedures (updated December 8, 2021 … The resolution says that businesses and other building operators can continue to require masks and that they are “encouraged to adopt and enforce their own policies for masking requirements and health precautions.”):
- We are following the mask mandates requested by the municipality of Anchorage with a few caveats. When you are a guest of our service providers please wear a mask at all times as you are in close proximity. If you are a guest buying beauty brands please wear a mask if you are not vaccinated. We can offer you one at the entry. See below if your preference is not to wear a mask. As guidance and mandates change, we will reassess.

If you prefer not or cannot wear a mask when the mandate requires it, please know we can accommodate you by:
- taking an order over the phone (907.276.4543) for curbside pick up
- you can order all brands online for curbside pick up.
- through one of our vendors order select beauty brands for delivery to your door.
