Services Guarantee:   With all our services now offered by our stellar independent service providers, please ask each experienced and knowledgeable professional how they provide you with confidence in their work, cleanliness and sanitation.

Beauty Brands Guarantee:  We buy quality products for your at-home personal use. We take sanitation and fresh purchases of product seriously. If you purchase a product in good faith, but you’re unsatisfied by the result, we’ll be happy to exchange it for another product or an in-store credit. The products you wish to exchange or return must be done within 30 days of purchase to obtain either a full refund or in-store credit (see circumstances below) or within 12 months to receive an in-store credit. Sales of some personal hygiene products are final.

If returns become chronic for you, we have the right to refuse this gracious practice.

• Full refund:
  • Unused product with packaging intact (not opened and in good condition), purchased under your name (we will have record of your transaction) and not under ‘Walk-In’, and returned within 30 days.
  • Opened, defective product purchased under your name and returned within 30 days.
• In-Store credit:
  • If unused or defective product do not qualify for the full refund conditions, you will be issued an in-store credit.
  • All used products will automatically require the issuance of an in-store credit. This includes Jane Iredale makeup.
• No refund: 
  • If your return exceeds 12 months from purchase.
  • To protect the health and hygiene of our clients, we will not take back personal use items once used.
  • Sales are final for the  items below as we can neither return them to the manufacturer nor would we attempt to resell them to you once the packaging has been opened.
    • Hair dye and developer; permanent waves; eyelashes and glue; shaving tools/implements; electric tools like dryers/flat irons/curling irons/hot curlers; hair brushes, combs, and barrettes/accessories; clippers and trimmers; nail files and nail tools/implements; nail polish or treatments.
    • We encourage the practice of sending in your warranties to the manufacturer for all tools and implements.

If you wish to try one of Marie’s many new products or are uncertain about testing a new product, we highly recommend buying the smallest size. We even carry a fair selection of travel sized products.
